Just point..
An application based on database for a business has two end of database, Front-end database and back-end database.
Back-end db means tables include those relations.
Otherwise, Front-end db inculdes views(mean queries), forms, reports and so on. End user dosen't be allowed to access to back-end to control or even just view. They can use just forms and reports to access to data. Then u must consider these area to enhance user-friendliness.
While forms can allow to read and write data, reports can allow to only view them. But reports can show data as various format.
